Details: Users can provide individual customers with a secure site on which they have posted status and history information for individual customer jobs. The information that can be posted includes current job status, job activity history, quotations, invoices and correspondence, including e-mails.
The purpose is to improve the productivity of both the users and their clients by focusing job-related information in one place, which customers can retrieve whenever they wish. A secondary objective is to reduce duplication of effort in the form of retrieval of lost documents. Customers can provide feedback by an incorportated e-mail module or by commenting directly on individual postings
