We also provide structural and mechanical engineering services, e.g. structural, reinforced concrete steelwork.
Charges for producing house plans vary according to type, size and location.
Our service includes:
- Initial consultation to discuss your needs
- Drawings for Planning if required
- Plans for builders
- Additional copies of your house plans as necessary
- Dealing with the LA for both planning and building regs
- Listed building consent if necessary
We will carry out your survey within 3 days, and within 10 days you will have your house plans.
