Details: JustCRM is a no-frills, fair-priced contact management database designed with two major charities; it is aimed at charities or businesses with up to 100 staff, who have many sites such as: local offices, home workers, field workers, international field stations.
JustCRM will enable you to share key data between sites. You can share contacts, staff diaries, emails, documents, projects and bulletin boards. Further types of data can be added quickly.
JustCRM is also a communications centre: Its "internal memo" system supercedes internal email, but it also has fully featured email and contact-tracking facilities.
All data is filed into folders, annihilating those rows of "tick-boxes" and "keyword lists" .
All data can be cross-referenced using "Links" - similar to web page links, but with powerful extra features.
Imagine looking up the details of this afternoon's meeting: You will see details of venue, date, time. You will also see a list of invited delegates, those who confirmed, those who declined, and those who didn't respond. You can see the Agenda. Security is organised by Security Groups with view/edit permissions per module, record and field.
