David Shopper is an internationally-recognized commercial photographer who brands companies. Specializing in business portraits, candid corporate working images, lifestyle moments, and fashion photography.
Details: Educated beyond his intelligence at Wesleyan University, David majored in English. "But I didn't want to teach, so naturally I signed up for law school." At the last minute, he deferred from law school, took some photography courses, and discovered that he had a talent and a passion for visually representing ideas. "What could be better than getting paid to do the thing you love? So I bagged law school."
His first studio was on Boston's Congress Street in the late 1980's: "I had a small dark loft space next door to 'Spaz' The Street Artist (who found trash on the street, nailed it to plywood, and then spray painted it.)"
David moved to sunnier and more expansive studios as he quickly achieved a reputation for creativity and professionalism. David's spacious studio is now in downtown Ipswich on Boston's North Shore and is the launching point for his extensive location work.
