Meeting bookers can search and book meeting rooms online. There is no need for bookers to register, nor is there a subscription fee.
Venues with meeting and function rooms can register online. An annual registration fee, currently of £485plus VAT is chargeable, but no commission is charged by shortleadmeetings for bookings.
Meeting enquiries are emailed direct to the venue via the system from the booker.
