Details: Ultrasound Learning Seminars “Point-of-Care Ultrasound Guided Nerve Blocks” course teaches participants the essentials of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks through an injury-structured approach based on commonly seen painful conditions such as hip fractures, glenohumeral dislocations, injuries to the sole of the foot or palm of the hand, elbow dislocations, complex lacerations and abscesses of the upper and lower extremities.
The goal of “Point-of-Care Ultrasound Guided Nerve Blocks” is to help clinicians improve procedural success, reduce the risk of complications, diminish acute pain and improve patient satisfaction through the use of ultrasound guided nerve blocks.
