Capital investments must appreciate in value. Property must be kept profitable if it is to be maintained in appearance and value. Also rental property must be maintained to a certain level if it is to attract tenants that are needed for revenue.
Phoenix Real Estate Investment, L.L.C plans on measured growth in the future as property it now manages moves into the development stages. In addition as more revenue is generated from current activities for management partners, further real estate investment is expected.
